that awkward moment when you’re wanting to write a halo/mass effect crossover or avengers fic with masterchief, shepard, samus aran, dante and a whole bunch of other people.

what are you talking about, this is obviously a great moment

I obviously blame you.

Who else.

It’s at the edge of the Traverse, Hackett informed her, it’s wreckage, but our scientists have no idea when it’s from or what ship it could have been. The Turians say it’s not theirs, nor the Salarians, it doesn’t even have Cerberus markings on it.

Well, Shepard muses, as long as Cerberus was epitome of enigma in the galaxy. What started out as simply recon for debris that could have been used for the Crucible turns out to be something much more.  Half a ship, floating through space, frozen from the prolonged exposure to space (something Shepard is more than aware of, maybe). Garrus and Liara, as always, by her side for missions that can be linked with the Reapers are always at her side  as they dock the hull.

“What? No Husk welcoming party? I’m a little disappointed.” Garrus muses out loud through the radio. He moves to the panel in front of what seems to be a bigger sleeping pod whilst Liara moves towards the center of the wreckage.

“It seems to be a cargo ship,” She informs them both, looking over  the remnants of crates and spare parts, “But from where I can’t tell who it could possibly belong to. I don’t think that the Quarians would let a ship like this go unsalvageable and I don’t know what other species woud be doing this far out in the Traverse.”

“Uhhhh, maybe our friend in here could help us fill in the gaps.” Garrus says slowly, as if amazed.

“Well, lets have our guns out just in case. We all know how warm our welcomes have been lately.” Shepard ordered, her SMG pointed right at the tank before Liara attempts to awaken whoever’s inside out of cryostasis.

“This will either end horribly, or  extremely horribly Shepard.” Garrus warns, though following suit his gun points as Liara works her fastest on the console.

“If it didn’t Garrus, I’d be even more concerned.”

HAHA YES I LOVE IT
